Track timing belts are a compound construction of timing belt and V-profile guide, manufactured in one process and thus forming a homogenous unit.
Track timing belts are produced in an open length and can be welded to form a continuous, endless belt.
Track timing belts are mainly used when large lateral forces are a factor and for running on timing belt pulleys when flanged pulleys are not desirable. The compound construction of timing belt and V-guide, manufactured in one process step, results in timing belts running with precise directional stability.
They are commonly used in the transport and material handling applications.
