Practical answers for overseas buyers evaluating INJ as a long-term belt supplier. For project-specific questions, send RFQ with belt photos and markings.
- Who operates LSL?
- LSL is an industrial belt brand operated by Zhejiang INJ Transmission Systems Co., Ltd. We supply LSL branded belts and also support OEM, private label and customer-brand cooperation for overseas distributors.
- Can you supply OEM / private label belts?
- Yes. We support OEM branding, private label packing, and distributor catalog programs subject to belt type, quantity, and approval requirements.
- What is your MOQ?
- MOQ depends on belt family, section, and whether the order is sample, replacement, or repeat production. Send the belt marking and quantity target through RFQ for a practical MOQ reply.
- Can you provide samples?
- Sample orders are available for qualified distributor, OEM, and replacement projects — subject to belt type and quantity.
- How do you control quality?
- We use incoming material checks, in-process dimension review, tensile/tension testing where applicable, surface and profile inspection, final packing checks, and batch traceability. See Factory & QC for the current evidence we publish.
- What information do you need for quotation?
- Belt model or marking, width, length, quantity, application, photos of the belt and pulley layout, and target delivery country. Drawings help for custom builds.
- Can you match belt samples or photos?
- Yes. Clear photos of belt markings, tooth profile, width, and the installed route are usually enough to start cross-reference work.
- Can you support distributors with catalogs and product photos?
- Yes. Download catalogs are available, and additional product photos or verification documents can be shared for qualified distributor review.
- What payment terms do you accept?
- L/C, T/T, D/P, PayPal, Western Union and others — subject to order review
- Can you arrange sea freight or air freight?
- Yes. We support common export terms including FOB China and can coordinate shipment subject to order size and destination.
- Can you produce belts according to drawings?
- Many PU timing, coated, cleated, and special constructions can be reviewed against drawings. Feasibility depends on profile, tooling, and quantity.
- Can you supply replacement belts by size?
- Yes. We frequently support replacement programs by section, length basis, and application — without requiring an original brand purchase order.
- How do you pack the belts?
- Export packing is discussed per order. Packing photos and specifications can be shared before bulk cooperation.
- Can you provide pre-shipment photos?
- Yes. Pre-shipment photos of marking, packing, and quantity can be provided before dispatch for distributor and OEM orders.
