When you submit an RFQ or resource request, we may collect company name, contact name, email, phone or WhatsApp, belt markings, application notes, and other technical details you provide for the project.

This site mainly uses your submitted contact and project details to review RFQs, match belt profiles, and continue sourcing discussions. We do not publish RFQ details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How we use it
We use submitted information to identify the correct belt family, review feasibility, prepare pricing or sampling feedback, and continue technical or commercial communication related to the same request.
Who can access it
Access is limited to the internal sales, engineering, and customer-follow-up team members who need the information to answer your inquiry. We do not sell lead data to third parties.
Analytics and conversion measurement
If an analytics measurement ID is configured in the deployment environment, we may load a third-party analytics script to record non-personal events such as page views, CTA clicks (with a source label), RFQ start/success, resource-request success, and email or WhatsApp clicks. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, RFQ message text, or attachment contents to the analytics provider. Without a configured measurement ID, no analytics script is loaded.
Retention, inquiry attribution, and contact
We retain inquiry records as long as needed for follow-up, repeat orders, warranty discussion, or compliance review. To see which pages led to qualified inquiries, use the RFQ submission source page field together with analytics CTA/RFQ events (when analytics is enabled). If you want us to update or delete a contact record, email inj_belt@163.com with the company name and request details.
If your project includes drawings, OEM markings, or other sensitive files, send only the information necessary for evaluation and tell us if any material needs stricter handling.
